Excellent work. Estimate provided after brief phone conversation. Technicians which came to install were professional, explained the unit and provided information on what they were doing at each stage of the installation. Went over the rebates and went page by page through the instruction manual to indicate important information. Provided information on what to look for in terms of issues and the maintenance requirements to maintain the warranty.

Five stars!!! KR and his crews and office staff have consistently exceeded my expectations twice (I installed an indoor tankless on one side of duplex and outdoor tankless on the other side of duplex.) They took the time to answer all my questions before and after the install, and they have been very prompt and dependable; they answer the phone day or night and stay with the issue until it is addressed. I am very impressed by the product (LOVE the endless hot water), technical knowledge and the customer service.

Crew of John, Lee and Cory (or was it Cody) who installed the water heater was extremely professional and flexible. Due to the structure of the house an internal unit was not feasible. They were able to obtain a proper water heater and installed it that same day. In addition they answered all of our questions in terms we could understand.

Extremely efficient from start to finish - from quoting (no on-site visit needed), scheduling and installation. Friendly folks. Worked more than diligently to get the rebateopportunity for me. And the price was good too. Haven't had it long, just one day, but so far so good with the equipment.

The experience was excellent. Everybody involved was very professional. Here are some specifics: 1) You were able to provide a quote over the phone and you have a professional system for generating quotes over email. 2) My quote specified a crossover recirculating system; but, when the installers arrived, they found the house had been plumbed for a true recirculating system (news to me!). They installed a recirc pump instead and gave me a better hot water experience than I was expecting. 3) The installers stuck around long enough to ensure that my drain pipes were clear of debris so that if a water 'event' does happen, it will actually drain to the outside and not flood my house. Great work, guys!

This is the 2nd water heater we installed. As expected, the whole process was very smooth. The follow up to adjust the vent and tighten the vent cap was also prompt and without hassle. We have a 2 heater house. The first heater that went out we had a great experience and despite the 2nd heater being the same age as the first, they suggested it still had some life left in it for another possible year. Sure enough, the 2nd one eventually went out and I was sure to call Texas Water Heaters again. HONEST, timely and great work!

Overall, very positive. The installation crew did encounter an unexpected problem intalling a PRV, and a new PRV had to be ordered and installation of the PRV is still pending. But the water heater installation was great.

I was very impressed with every aspect of our transition to the tankless system. The person I initially spoke to confirmed what I researched on the internet, answered all my questions, and provided a written estimate of the job. Installation was scheduled within the week of our decision to make the switch. Upon arrival, I received a thorough explanation of the work to be done. The old tanks were removed and the new tankless system was installed efficiently and with attention to detail. Once the job was completed, I was able to examine the work done and have my questions answered. We have been very pleased with the unit!

Appreciated the price - and getting a quote by filling out a questionnaire online, then receiving a phone call was excellent! Big timesaver as I had to wait a whole morning for the other two guys to come by and give us a quote that was 50% higher - they refused to give a price over the phone.

Good - except for arriving at 6:30 a.m. for installation - we were not given a time and did not expect a phone call at that hour.

They installed the new system in 32 degree temperature in the garage. They came out at noon the day that I called and stated past 7 pm to make sure that we understood how the system worked and clean up. They even climbed on to our two-story roof to replace the vent cap that had inadvertantly come off during installation even though it was slick, wet, and below freezing. They were very thorough in testing our gas lines before and after installation, as well as making sure the rest of our gas appliances worked correctly. The installers were great and did a fabulous job! Thank you so much.

We had some new problems/issues arise once the installation had been done. The contractor worked hard to resolve the issues, even though this ended up taking all day. This is the response you would want in this situation.

I love my tankless heater, but wish it hadn't been so expensive!

Excellent job and on time

The Rinnai was just put in today so I really can't comment on #5. However, the dealer was great, on time, cleaned up.....all you would want and expect.

He ran an 8ft span of white PVC conduit from my bedroom outlet to the unit along the exterior of the house. I was not contacted to approve this, and came home from lunch to find it done. I would have liked to eliminate other options before settling for this expedient and unsightly option.

We have been want to do this for a long time. Getting our new Rinnai was the best move we could make.

Dealer worked with me to find the best location for the tankless unit in order to free up closet space and minimize costs.

I've only had the unit for a day, so it's difficult to rate how good this unit is. Time will tell. I was very pleased with Texas Heaters (the installer). They were able to remove the old tanks and install this new tank in a very timely manner.

The Folks at Texas Heaters provided the best in customer service. I work in the service industry and I only hope that my employees provide such a high level of service. Allen Gibson

it was very expensive, even with the rebate from the city of austin. that was my biggest hesitation, and the difference in the price between a standard water heater and a tankless is pretty vast. otherwise, i am glad i made the purchase.

The team was very professional. They did break a plant outside with the ladder, but it's surviving. (Since it was surrounded by weeds, they didn't know that it was a good plant.)I'm very pleased with the speed that I get hot water in the bathroom. I'd just like hot water in the laundry, but that's on the other side of the house. All in all, I'm pleased.

The installer Texas Water Heaters were great. Everything about them and the experience surpassed my expectations. They communicated effectively and clearly and completed the job in 3 hours. That included the removal of 3 existing tank water heaters in my attic. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

It was a pleasure to do business with you, Cody and John. The guys worked quietly, professionally and courteously. They made sure every last detail was handled including sweeping up a 6 inch pile of sawdust outside the door. When I showered this morning, the hot water took no longer to reach the master bath than it did with the conventional water heater. And thanks for telling us about the MCS magnets. Although we already had magnets on our incoming water from another manufacturer, these seem to have softened the water even more. We had a water heater in our attic that we were concerned would leak or break. We decided on the tankless system to remedy this concern. After reading about the unlimited hot water and energy savings we decided to move forward with this system. It has been installed for a couple of days now, and the performance has far exceeded our expectations. It makes the water tank seem so archaic. I was pleased to be able to replace two 40 gallon hot water heater with one Rinnai.

The install team called to confirm arrival time, showed up on time, did the install, cleaned up, and hauled away extra materials - very professional and courteous installers. It was a GREAT experience from start to finish. We love the idea that we do not have 80 gallons of water heating & cooling in our attic any more and no fear of a tank leaking!
